Introducing... informal, fun weekly sessions with you, others like you, and a skilled accompanist. No experience necessary.

The setting is a cool, urban skateboard shop/art gallery with an acoustic piano. A professional microphone and amp is provided for you to belt out your tunes. Your accompanist is Bob Albanese - who knows a ton of jazz, latin and standard tunes. You step up to the piano, work out your key, and let loose. Hear the support of your fellow session mates. Feel the glow of doing what you love.

Your musical host and accompanist, Bob Albanese, has worked as a professional musician for 30 + years (since he was 16 years old). Introduced to piano at age 8 by his father, he has not stopped playing since. He works with singers of all kinds - Grammy winners, Tony winners, Broadway and Hollywood stars, Latin singers, Jazz singers, Armenian singers and singers who defy all classification. He has directed passenger talent shows on top rated cruise lines and has experience bringing the best in song out of folks from all walks of life. RESERVATIONS requested in advance. Click “contact me” at bottom of this page to make a reservation. Each session is $25. One or two song per session is (additional song recommended but not required). Cash or checks only on day of session, or request pay pal in advance.

Reservations are requested along with song(s) so YOU can get the most out of the session. It is requested that you have the lyrics to your song written out, as this is not karaoke. The songs on the page “SONG LISTS” are all in the repertoire. No music or lead sheet is required. If you don’t see your song on the list - you should submit it at least 2 days in advance of session. Submit sheet music, link of a YouTube or an MP3 of the song. It may cost additional, depending on song, for music to be prepared in advance of session.

Refreshments are available as part of the fee, as in coffee, tea, espresso, H2O, a bottle of house red and white (gratuities welcome)... Or BYOB is fine also.
